Can't hear anything?

I have installed the app and I can connect to my friend's android phone but I cannot hear anything.

In this case you may want to take a look at your device's settings in regards to text-to-speech output.

Step 1: Open Settings.
Step 2: Tap on 'My Device' tab.

Step 3: Scroll to 'Language and Input'.

Step 4: Tap on 'Text-to-speech Options'.

Step 5: Select either Samsung or Google 'text-to-speech'. It should work on both.
Step 6: Click on Settings (the icon right next to 'Google text-to-speech engine').

Step 7: Select your preferred voice and / or language and install it if necessary.

Step 8: Click on 'Listen to Sample' to make sure that your device can "speak".

Note: It should work no matter what language you choose, however it has been designed and tested for English.

Older version of Android?

If you own an older version of Android Phone then you should follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Tap on 'Voice Input and Output'.

Step 3: Tap on 'Text-to-Speech settings'.

Step 4: Tap on 'Language'.

Step 5: Select the language and install it if necessary.

Step 6: Tap "Listen to an example", to make sure the your device can "speak".
